Release of 31 new townhomes expected to attract excitement at the weekend

ONE of the final residential stages in the 840-lot Creekwood Caloundra community is being released this weekend by AVJennings.

The new Creekwood Caloundra release comprises 31 townhomes at the entrance to the Creekwood community, adjacent to Meridan State College and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants.

The three bedroom townhomes, priced from $395,900, are on track to be completed this March.
