A RARE opportunity to buy into one of the region's most "exclusive" suburbs has become available with a luxurious four-level home on the market for $7 million.

Tom Offermann Real Estate sales agent Rebekah Offermann said the "grand" Allambi Rise home in Noosa Heads' Little Cove development had already attracted an unprecedented amount of interest online, despite buyers being unable to travel for inspections due to COVID-19.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home is described as Little Cove's "most prized" residence, with over 1000sq m of living space split over four levels and uninterrupted views over Noosa Main Beach and Mt Cooroy.

"Little Cove is very exclusive. It's bordered by national park and it's very close to Hastings St," Ms Offermann said.

"You just feel a little bit removed from the action, and it's a little bit more quiet and residential."

The property includes an underground eight-car garage and professional sound studio, a commercial-grade lift, wine cellar, ducted airconditioning, fireplace, laundry shoot and sauna.

It also boasts a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and "amazing" views over the beach.

The current owners have lived in the home, which originally cost $4.5 million to build over 17 months, for two years after buying it for $5 million, Ms Offermann said.

"We have had a number of sales since then around the $5 million mark for more modest homes that have really recalibrated values in the area," she said.

"That, combined with the exclusivity of the area, really makes this a fantastic opportunity to buy into Little Cover for such a grand home."

Ms Offermann said the property had been viewed about 11,000 times, with many interstate buyers taking a 360-degree virtual tour to get a feel of the home before they're able to travel for an inspection.

Little Cove is a small development bordered by Noosa National Park, Noosa Main Beach and is just minutes from Hastings St.
