FROM waterfront mansions to standard family homes and hinterland horse properties, the Sunshine Coast's biggest sales per suburb for 2019 have been revealed.
Ray White Mooloolaba agent James Goldsworthy said the year was a tale of two halves.
Mr Goldsworthy said confidence in the first part of the year was down given the uncertainty around the election and finance from the royal commission.

"Once it settled down, the confidence crept back in, a lot driven from Melbourne and Sydney markets which we enjoyed considerable flow-on," Mr Goldsworthy said.
"The past seven months or so has been really buoyant. There have been more buyers than sellers for a while now.
"And good property is getting a lot of activity and selling in a good time frame."
He said Ray White Sunshine Coast had 422 auctions this year, at an 80 per cent sell rate, a "huge" result.
Mr Goldsworthy said pockets between Bokarina and Buddina had been very popular, as had Mooloolaba and Minyama for big sales.

The data is according to property website CoreLogic and spans from January 1 until December 17.
Alexandra Headland.
7 Mary St sold for $2.25 million on December 8.
Located in Alexandra Headland's coveted Golden Triangle, sits the stunning architect-designed beach house.
Aroona
7 Byee Circuit, Aroona, sold for $1.025 million on February 14.
A five-bedroom, three-bathroom home with sunset views over the Blackall Range and uninterrupted views to Mooloolaba.
Battery Hill.
7 Enfield Cres, Battery Hill, sold for $907,000 on October 31.
The home is set in a discreet location in a tightly held suburb overlooking a park.
Beerwah
13 Pine Camp Rd, Beerwah, sold for $1.2 million on January 22.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home was built in 1950 and last sold in the '80s for $52,000.
Birtinya
15 Macon St, Birtinya, sold for $1.26 million on March 12.
The four-bedroom home was one of the last remaining properties in the area with 20m of water frontage.
Bli Bli
41-43 Conway Ct, Bli Bli, sold for $1.05 million on May 29.
Six-bedroom home with commanding Maroochy River views and an abundance of features. It was last sold in 1992 for $220,000.
Buddina.
5 Adaluma Ave, Buddina, sold for $3.48 million on November 9.
Buderim
15 Island View Ct, Buderim, sold for $3.4 million on October 28.
The home, built in 2010, comes with a swimming pool and three bedrooms.
Burnside
52 Coes Creek Rd, Burnside, sold for $710,000 on May 23.
The super-sized family home on almost 500sq m is surrounded by a tropical setting.
