A townhouse tenant has towels at the ready after he claimed more water leaked through his roof which he has been rallying his landlord to fix.
Rod Chambers said he first reported the leaks to Rock Property, agent for the landlord, on December 12.
He claims the problem had not been solved before January 7 when he slipped down his wet stairs and broke his arm.
The Caloundra resident said he had cleaned up pools of water every time heavy rain poured down over Rufous Ct.
He claimed mould spots again appeared on his ceiling after rain last week when he was wiping up water.
“The real estate told us we can get out of our lease at any time but we have no where we can go because it is so hard to find a rental on the Coast,” Mr Chambers said.

He is not the only resident in the new complex who is worried about having a stable roof over his head.
An expectant father in another of the seven units said he noticed leaks in his home weeks after he moved there in November.
He told the Daily his unit was also managed by Rock Property.
The man, who asked not to be named, said while the leaks were now fixed, he was left with bubbling areas on his kitchen floor.
“Since the beginning, we have had problems here,” he said.
“I sent a report to the real estate because the builders were still doing some jobs here on the day we were moving in and they left the door totally open.
“Then I realised there were some stains and some parts of walls were damaged.”
The resident, who said he was the first to live in his townhouse, was also having issues with drainage in his yard.
“It was totally flooded with that bad storm (in January),” he said.
“The water was almost coming into the living room. It was about 10cm high.”
Latitude Constructions director Luke Quinlivan in early February told the Daily his team had been out to the property on several occasions in an attempt to diagnose Mr Chamber‘s roof issue.
Mr Quinlivan, Rock Property and the owner of the townhomes have not responded to recent requests for comment.
