What geographical area do you specialise in and a brief overview: Wurtulla is the best kept secret on the Sunshine Coast. It has canals, beaches and is close to everything you could possibly need.
Next door, Bokarina Beach will give Wurtulla more amenities and improve its infrastructure considerably. A new surf life saving club will be built.
Prices have gone up by 31.7% in the past five years which proves it's an awesome area for growth. Wurtulla is all set for a wonderful future.
When property does come to the market it takes just an average of 27 days showing how sought-after this upcoming coastal suburb is.
My favourite area is near the Tokora Canal and Wurtulla Beach. I love all the little cul-de-sacs which make the houses quieter and safer and give the feel of privacy and exclusivity.
Everyone in Wurtulla is so friendly and proud of their home and most of the home owners are reluctant to leave as it is perfect for them.
What or who has been your greatest inspiration: My parents - my mum as she travelled over to London in search of a dream life and my father who has worked hard for his family all his life.
