Police look for group who fled from scene of car fire in Beerwah
Police are currently searching Sunshine Coast forestry after a group of people set a car on fire and fled the scene.

A police search is underway after a car was set on fire in a Sunshine Coast forestry on Tuesday afternoon.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said police responded to the vehicle fire in forestry near Bunney Rd, Beerwah about 1pm.
Initial investigations suggest multiple people ran from the scene of the fire and police are currently conducting a search, the spokeswoman said.
Fire crews attended the incident and are no longer required on the scene.
Investigations are ongoing.
