Ms Maidwell asked to report to the police station in Noosa each Monday instead as it was his day off.

Police prosecutor Mark Burrell said he did not oppose the change to the bail conditions.

Ms Maidwell told the court the charges were commonwealth offences and would need to be adjourned to the commonwealth call-over.

Magistrate Haydn Stjernqvist agreed to change the bail conditions and adjourned the matter to January 29.
