Samantha Louise Stanley remanded in custody over various charges

A Sunshine Coast woman will spend the next month on remand after she was charged with various offences. Here’s what she’s been accused of.

A Sunshine Coast woman will spend the next month in custody after she was charged with various offences.

Maroochydore woman Samantha Louise Stanley, 34, did not appear for in Maroochydore Magistrates Court for her matters on April 24.

She is charged with driving without a licence disqualified by court order, receiving tainted property, three counts of stealing, two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one charge of possessing tainted property. She has not entered pleas.

The court was told the possessing tainted property charge was a new alleged offence.

Lawyer Michael Robinson said he recently received a police statement as well as CCTV and bodycam footage for the case.

Magistrate Rod Madsen adjourned the matter until May 22.

There was no application for bail and Ms Stanley remains in custody.
