Ms Liddicoat is charged with one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death or grievous bodily harm while adversely affected by an intoxicating substance.

She has not entered a plea.

The woman’s matter was listed for review in the Maroochydore District Court on Tuesday, August 22, but she was not required to be there in person.

The court was told the matter was going to trial, which was expected to take five to eight days.

Crown prosecutor Nicola Hamilton said a “pathway towards resolution” of the matter, instead of going to trial, had been provided to Ms Liddicoat’s defence team, but they had not received a response.
