The court was told Mr Organ was alleged to have masturbated at Mudjimba Beach on January 21 and alleged to have later exposed his genitals at Buddina Beach and Sunrise Beach on March 29 and March 31, respectively.

He is also alleged to have breached his bail conditions by attending beach fronts and accesses on March 29 and March 31.

Magistrate Haydn Stjernqvist set the matter for a hearing on July 8, with nine witnesses expected to be called to give evidence.
