Man winched by helicopter after cliff fall at Noosa Heads
Emergency crews and a rescue helicopter responded after a man fell 20m from a cliff into the water at Sunshine Beach on Saturday.

A man in his 40s was airlifted to safety on Saturday night after falling 20 metres from a cliff into the water at Sunshine Beach, Noosa Heads.
The Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) received an emergency call at 11.50am reporting the incident near Seaview Terrace.
A coordinated multi-agency response quickly unfolded, involving QAS, the Queensland Fire Department, Queensland Police Service, and Surf Life Saving Queensland.
The LifeFlight rescue helicopter crew safely winched down a critical care doctor, a QAS flight paramedic, and a rescue crewman to the injured man.
The aeromedical team, alongside local paramedics, treated the patient at the scene for suspected shoulder, neck, and spinal injuries.
Once stabilised, he was stretchered and winched into the helicopter before being flown to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
