The owner of a celebrity-friendly beauty empire has partnered with a Noosa businesswoman to open his ninth “premium” salon. Take a look inside the stunning space.

The owner of a celebrity-friendly luxury hair agency has partnered with a Noosa local to open his ninth salon.

One of the fastest growing and most luxurious hair agencies in Australia has opened its ninth store, attracting celebrities and influencers to the new Noosa salon.

Edwards and Co has become the “fastest growing” and “most dynamic” hair agency in Australia, with more than 144,000 followers on Instagram.

Founder Jaye Edwards partnered with Noosa’s Amanda Stevens to open their latest space located in Noosaville.

Mr Edwards said the salon includes all the hallmarks of the Edwards and Co design that has made it a favourite among celebrities across Australia.

“I am honestly blown away at what we have been able to achieve in the decade since the first Edwards and Co opened,” Mr Edwards said.

“I couldn’t have done it without my incredible team of talented staff.”

Famous for their creamy blondes, sparkling brunettes and textured beach waves, Edwards and Co has developed a signature look that has garnered a cult following internationally.

Mr Edwards created Lara Worthington’s signature colour and also works with Brisbane-based make up artist, Emma Chen, who has 323,000 Instagram followers.

The new store had been two years in the making after Mr Edwards and Ms Stevens first discussed their dream to collaborate.

Ms Stevens said the pair got a partnership agreement quickly but it took more than a year to find the right site.

“It took a few months for council approval and then a few months for the build and fit-out,” Ms Stevens said.

“The space has turned out beautifully.”

A wall mural from internationally acclaimed artist Brian Connolly is featured in the salon alongside six basins, eight cutting chairs and a 10-seater colour table.

Edwards and Co’s new salon is located at Gibson Rd, Noosaville.

Ms Stevens said the brand fit in well at Noosa and the area had been “crying out” for a premium salon such as Edwards and Co.

“Based on the success of the Byron Bay and Gold Coast salons, Noosa was the obvious next step in the Edwards and Co expansion,” she said.

“The phone started ringing off the hook and online bookings blew up the day we launched, word is definitely out.”

The Gibson Rd salon will open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am – 6pm daily and 12pm-9pm on Thursdays.
