Shocking footage of a wild brawl at a popular waterfront hotel has emerged – showing a massive group of people of all ages getting in on the fight.
A Sunshine Coast social media account shared a video of a large group of people fighting at the Waterfront Hotel, Maroochydore.
The video was posted at the weekend.
Footage shows both men and women involved in the fracas, with onlookers in shock as people hit the ground, shove and try to escape the fight.
The video was posted as an Instagram story without a caption, tagging the Waterfront Hotel, Maroochydore, as the location.
The video goes for close to a minute and there looked to be up to 50 people involved.
A spokeswoman for the Queensland Police Service said they were unsure of when the fight was from, were not investigating, and hadn’t laid any charges.
This follows a surge in public fights and incidents across South East Queensland.
A few weeks ago footage emerged of a partying ‘eshay’ on the Sunshine Coast attacking and kicking an elderly man with a walking stick outside a popular nightclub.
Days later footage of a group of shirtless eshays fighting outside a beloved waterfront venue emerged, with five of the youths charged by police.
