EACH year Coastline Mini Garage and 4 Ingredients get together to host an event on the second Sunday of October called High Tea by the Sea which raises funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the extraordinary work they do raising funds for breast cancer research.
Breast cancer isn't just one disease, it is many varying diseases with varying molecular structures, behaviours and side effects that develop in the same area of the body - the breast.
Understanding the various types of breast cancer and how to treat them is what the National Breast Cancer Foundation fearlessly raises money for.
Each day one in eight Australian women are diagnosed with breast cancer, and 75 per cent of those are over the age of 50.
In a few short years High Tea by the Sea has grown to become the second largest fundraiser for the National Breast Cancer Foundation across Australia.
With more than $70,000 worth of prizes to be won, including this gorgeous, new rosé Mini Cooper valued at $40,000 there is plenty of excitement.
