Cube Developments submitted the plans for the large-scale upgrade to Oaks Resort in Golden Beach to the Sunshine Coast Council on Thursday.

Oak Resort, located on 2 Landsborough Parade, Golden Beach, is described as a family-friendly resort with various amenities including a tennis court, water park and restaurant.
