A teenage boy has been bashed and robbed while walking through a Kawana park talking on his mobile phone.

A teenage boy has been bashed and robbed while walking through a Kawana park talking on his mobile phone.

Police said the 15-year-old boy was assaulted while walking home in Parrearra last night.

Around 6.30pm the boy was struck on the side of the head in the park opposite the Shell Service Station on Nicklin Way.

The man grabbed the boy’s phone and left the area.

The boy noticed this man and another man in the park just prior to his attack.

One of the men is described as 18 years old with a skinny build, tanned complexion and had fair hair.

He was around 175 centimetres tall and was wearing dark jeans or pants, a dark t-shirt and dark shoes.

The other man is described as Caucasian in appearance, 20 years old and 180 centimetres tall with a slim build. His hair was shaved short at the back and sides and he was wearing dark pants with a jacket.
