A fame-seeking alleged Sunshine Coast cocaine dealer has taken the chance to showcase his new clothing brand while before court for breaching bail.

Sunshine Coast father and son Kim and Marshall White faced Maroochydore Magistrates Court in May after police alleged they were at the centre of a local cocaine trafficking ring.

Kim Andrew Marshall, 48, who owns Honest Auto Repairs at Currimundi, allegedly turned to drugs and roped in the help of his 20-year-old son Marshall Andrew White when the business started failing.

Marshall White was charged with 14 offences including four counts of possessing dangerous drugs, two of trafficking dangerous drugs and receiving or possessing property obtained from trafficking or supplying, and one count each of possessing anything used in the commission of crime and unlawful possession of weapons.

Kim White was charged with 12 offences including three counts of possessing dangerous drugs, two of trafficking in dangerous drugs and one count each of receiving or possessing property obtained from trafficking or supplying and unlawful possession of weapons.

Marshall White was granted bail in court after his arrest while Kim White was remanded in custody.

In June, Marshall White broke his silence on the ordeal and shared a picture of himself smiling holding a front page of his story on Instagram, where he has more than 9000 followers.

The Instagram influencer wannabe and alleged coke dealer was before court again Thursday, September 5, for breaching his bail.

His lawyer told the court Mr White forgot to report to police at Kawana on August 19 because he didn’t work that day due to the weather and it threw out his schedule.

By the time Mr White remembered it was too late, the court heard.

The court heard Mr White was working full time as a concreter mostly on the Sunshine Coast, that he lived with his mother and siblings and that he has otherwise adhered to very strict bail conditions.

His lawyer asked for a fine because of the alleged coke dealer’s “young age and unblemished record”.

She also told the court he maintained a “good employment history” from working with his father at the same mechanic shop police allege was at the centre of the cocaine dealing empire.

Mr White was fined $400 for breaching his bail and no conviction was recorded.

He had a friend in tow at court who was wearing a black Merci Wear t-shirt – Mr White’s newly launched fashion brand.

Mr White has recently been sharing pictures and reels on Instagram of Merci Wear.
