ON TUESDAY at 7.40am Kingaroy Police were called to a two-vehicle traffic crash.
The crash was at the intersection of Industrial Ave and Kingaroy Cooyar Rd.
Investigations have revealed a Mazda utility heading east on Industrial Ave failed to give way to a Holen sedan.
The sedan was travelling south on the Kingaroy Cooyar Rd before the collision.
The driver of the utility, a 53-year-old Tingoora man, was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
He was also issued a traffic enforcement notice for driving without due care and attention ($522).
