A young man charged over an incident at a Burnett service station which allegedly left a 56-year-old man with serious injuries has fronted court in Kingaroy.

A man charged with hitting and pinning a man with his car at a Kingaroy petrol station has faced court.
Jesse James Horne, 28, entered no plea to charges of wilful damage and dangerous operation of a car causing grievous bodily harm when he faced the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Thursday morning, August 17.
Mr Horne represented himself before magistrate Andrew Sinclaire, where his case was mentioned.
Mr Horne is charged with pinning a 56-year old man with his car, up against another vehicle at Kingaroy service station at the intersection of Youngman and John Streets on the afternoon of Friday, July 27.
The man allegedly sustained a serious leg injury and lacerations in the incident, and three cars at the scene were allegedly damaged.
