Nanango man Blayde Barber named as Booie crash victim
Tributes from devastated friends and family continue to be posted to 21-year-old Nanango man Blayde Barber following his shock death in a freak accident near Booie.

A 21-year-old dad who died in a freak, single-vehicle accident at Booie on March 21 has been remembered as full of life and much loved.
Police found Nanango resident Blayde Barber critically injured, unconscious and trapped in a vehicle on a property off Kingaroy Barkers Rd after the vehicle hit a fence post as Mr Barber was leaving the property.

Emergency crews tried CPR before he was rushed to Kingaroy Hospital where he later died.
Tributes from Mr Barber’s friends have poured in on social media.
“I’m extremely saddened to hear of your passing; fly high, my gee. Look down on everyone and be the brightest star out there,” one wrote.
“I can’t believe this, gone to soon. RIP,” another said.
“Rest easy Blayde Barber, you were such a funny and bubbly guy,” another wrote.
Mr Barber and his ex-girlfriend, Toni Louise Eichner, welcomed their daughter in late 2022.
Ms Eichner also shared an emotional farewell, writing: “Rest easy honey, we ended poorly, but you had a big impact on my life and the chapters surrounding it. I will forever cherish and keep those for our daughter.
“Your daughter will always know who you are, she loves you. I love you. Until we meet again.”

“Forever 21. I can’t believe this,” Jasmine Forrest wrote.
Sheridan Walsh wrote she was “extremely saddened” to hear the news.
“Look down on everyone and be the brightest star out there,” she said.
Other friends described Mr Berber as “bubby” and someone who was loved.
“Fly high … you were so loved and you will never be forgotten,” Jasmine Forrest wrote
Police said Mr Barber was not known to the property owners and that they were investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
