Kilcoy Global Foods has grabbed the winning title in the ICMJ Northern Conference’s meat judging contest, narrowly defeating runners-up, Signature OnFarm.
Held in Rockhampton, the three-day long competition consisted of judging across several classes, including retail cut identification, overall questions, overall placings, commercial evaluation and beef judging.
The competition also crowned Queensland University as the leading university team alongside the industry winner Kilcoy Global Food.
