Emergency services rushed to the scene of a car and truck collision at South Nanango on Wednesday night.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said two crews arrived at crash scene at the intersection of the D'Aguilar Highway and Kiehne Road at 8.15pm.

“Five patients were transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition,” a spokesman said.

Three Queensland Fire and Emergency Service crews attended the scene to find the trailer rolled onto its side.

“There were no entrapments so we made the scene safe, isolated the battery and the road was cleared at 9.53pm,” a QFES spokesman said.
