Moffatdale woman taken to Kingaroy Hospital after snake bite

A woman has been taken to hospital after an early morning encounter with a snake at her South Burnett region home.

In the early hours of Thursday morning, a Moffatdale woman was taken to hospital after suffering a snake bite.

A Moffatdale woman has been taken to hospital after she was bitten by a snake shortly early Thursday morning.

Paramedics were called to the woman’s a Moffatdale property at 5.44am following the incident.

The woman, in her 50s, was taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
