Two men were rushed to hospital after their car left the Carnarvon Highway and careened into a tree.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said emergency services were called to the scene on the Carnarvon Highway near Baffle West just before midnight on October 16.
Two men were injured and taken to the Injune Multipurpose Health Service in a stable condition as a result of the crash, a Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said.
A man in his 30s had abrasions and bruises, while a man in his 40s reportedly had abdominal and back injuries.
The scene was quickly made safe and cleared, a QPS spokesman said.
