A woman remains in hospital in a serious condition after she became trapped in a vehicle that crashed into a tree in the Rockhampton region.
Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash on Yeppoon Rd, Limestone Creek, on Sunday at 4.12am.
A woman in her 20s was trapped in the vehicle.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Service spokesman said crews used hydraulic tools to free her.
According to Queensland Ambulance Service, the woman was transported to Rockhampton Hospital in a serious condition with leg, pelvic and arm injuries.
She remained in hospital in a serious condition on Monday morning.
A man was also transported to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition with arm and chest injuries.
He remained in hospital on Monday morning in a stable condition.
Yeppoon Rd was reduced to one lane at Limestone Creek on Sunday due to the crash but was cleared later that day.
