Emergency services have responded to reports of a leaking underground gas line on New Exhibition Rd in Rockhampton on Saturday, May 17.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said crews arrived at 11.20am and conducted atmospheric testing around the leak while awaiting a gas assessor.
A stretch of New Exhibition Rd between Cavell St and Morgan St have been blocked off.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said paramedics assessed two patients but neither needed to be taken to hospital.
