Two injured in motorcycle crash on Haddock Drive, O’Connell, Gladstone region
Emergency services were called to a motorbike crash with two people injured - one with potentially life threatening head injuries. They are both being flown to Brisbane this afternoon.

Emergency services are at the scene of a single motorcycle crash where two people have been injured.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said one person had facial and head injuries while the other had a leg injury.
She said the person with the head injuries - a woman in her 40s - had potentially life-threatening injuries.
She said QAS were called the crash on Haddock Drive, near Kirkwood Drive, in O’Connell in the Gladstone Region at 2.02pm.
Both patients were taken to Gladstone Hospital with the person with the leg injury in a stable condition.
The spokeswoman said the Royal Flying Doctor Service was expected to be tasked to retrieve both patients from Gladstone Hospital and fly them to Brisbane.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesman sent two units to the incident where the two people “came off a motorcycle”.
He said they were called at 2.06pm.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said QPS were called at the same time as QFD and the road surrounding the crash was closed while emergency services worked.
He said the forensic crash unit was not being tasked to investigate at this stage.
