SUNDAY, 1PM: A 37-YEAR-OLD man has been charged following an assault at Allenstown Plaza yesterday.
He has been charged with stealing, common assault and possess drug utensils.
He will appear in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on June 26.
4PM: A SECURITY guard at a South Rockhampton shopping centre has had to restrain a male person following an assault.
Police were called to Allenstown Plaza at 3.45 this afternoon with reports of an assault near Liqourland.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, was restrained on the ground by the guard.
