A beachfront boutique backpackers that has been totally revamped could soon have new owners with inquiries for the Yeppoon property streaming in.
Yeppoon Beach House at 58 Farnborough Road is for sale through Harcourts Low and Co.
On offer is a business, fully renovated accommodation facility, 787 sqm of beachfront land holding and two vacant shops below for future growth and potential.
Property agent Jazz Cullen said there had been a fair bit of interest in the property, with inquiries coming from “all over”.
“It’s such a great little business opportunity for somebody,” Ms Cullen said.
“It’s got so much potential to increase revenue because the two rooms underneath are actually approved to be shops. The potential is unlimited.
“It’s really hard to find accommodation in Yeppoon, so it’s just a handy place and it’s so cute on the inside.
“It ticks all the boxes.”
She said it was a freehold property that could accommodate 30 people.
She said the owners had quite a few businesses and were selling as they couldn’t put the time into it.
“They’ve bought it, built it, turned it into something fabulous and it’s time for the next people to come along and make it shine now,” she said.
“They have done a beautiful job revamping it.”
The top level of the property boasts three double rooms, a double and single bed, eight-bed mixed dorm, a four-bed girls dorm, kitchenette, laundry, communal dining room, and two toilets and showers.
