Principal Rory Wex said the home was a brand new build that had only recently been completed and that the seller was looking to move onto another project.

Mr Wex said there had been quite a bit of interest in the property.

“Some of the interest we have had already has been from the Sunshine Coast and Melbourne, as well as graziers,” he said.

Mr Wex said the seller was heading down south and there had been quite a lot of interest in the home, including interstate inquiry.
