From first year rookies to top performing agents selling hundreds of properties a year, these are the high performers and brightest stars making their mark on the real estate sector across Rockhampton and the Capricorn Coast.

Charlie is a former journalist, technical communicator and has studied engineering in the United Kingdom.

In Charlie’s first year of real estate he has become a well respected agent in the Central Queensland area and made an irrefutable mark by selling a rural property for $5.36 million at auction earlier this year.

Mat comes from a trade background and has real practical knowledge in building and renovations.

Adam Kelly is a commercial sales and leasing consultant at Knight Frank Rockhampton and started working in the real estate industry in August 2021.

Adam grew up in Emerald and then later moved to Rockhampton to finish high school.

He’s completed a trade and worked in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry which has given him a very in-depth understanding of industrial and commercial facilities.

After spending close to four years living in Brisbane, he has found an interest in regional development which has resulted in him returning to Central Queensland.

Sylvia Godwin is an agribusiness sales consultant at Knight Frank Rockhampton.

Through a lifetime of experience working and living in the rural industry with completing a Diploma of Agribusiness Management and Certificate III in Agriculture, Sylvia brings extensive knowledge and passion to the Knight Frank agribusiness team.

David is a well known Rockhampton local, who has been in sales for more than 20 years and decided in August 2021 it was time to transfer this experience into real estate sales.

He is often recognised from his days off working in his family’s businesses, which is also one of the reasons why he appreciates the importance of listening to his clients needs, wants and expectations and creating a personalised experience for them.

He is loving the challenge of real estate and is looking forward to what he will be able to achieve into what is now his second year.

After almost 20 years in the real estate industry, you probably know Rebecca Trott’s face as the property management, business development and management expert.

In 2021, Rebecca set the sale market as her next challenge, and she hasn’t looked back.

Brittany Sheppard is a buyer specialist, marketing manager and assistant to Todd Brandon at McGrath Estate Agents Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast.

Her ability to thrive in fast paced environments earned Brittany this title, along with her keen attention to detail, organisational skills and friendly nature.

Brittany acts as Todd’s primary liaison, corresponding with clients and colleagues throughout the day, while assisting him with appraisals, open homes and new listings.

The duo focus on properties in The Range, Wandal, Allenstown and Gracemere but are happy to assist with any inquiries in surrounding areas.

Brittany started working with Todd when she was 19 years old and has worked alongside him for the last 5.5 years.

She won CSM/Buyers Specialist of the year in the McGrath Network in 2020.

Jess Donovan is a sales associate for Todd Brandon at McGrath Estate Agents Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast.

Jess began her career in 2009 at Prime Properties before moving to Brisbane in 2013 and running a property management team for more than years and eventually moving back to Rockhampton.

Since returning in January 2017, Jess has been working with Todd.

Jess works closely with sellers from the time they meet with them until their property is advertised online.

She project manages the contractors and ensures their client’s properties look the best they can to achieve a premium price.

Maurice worked in the real estate industry at Murray Estates with his dad, also named Maurice Murray, in the 80s and 90s, leaving the industry when his dad retired.

After farming, then many years at the mines, Maurice decided to re-enter the real estate industry to be able to spend more time with his family.
