Emergency services responded to a crash in Bouldercombe on the Burnett Highway involving a vehicle and a cow.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said the single vehicle incident occurred just after 6pm on Monday, May 26.
A female suffering from abdominal injuries was taken to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.
