Teenagers arrested for alleged car theft, break and enter across Rockhampton

Four teenage boys have been charged after allegedly committing numerous property and stolen vehicle offences across the Rockhampton region this week.
The four boys allegedly broke into a Dean Street, Frenchville home and are accused of then stealing a white MG station wagon in the early hours of February 16.
Police attended a service station on Albert Street, Rockhampton city about 1.40am the following day after reports indicating the same group of boys had allegedly broken into and stolen cigarette lighters and food before leaving in the MG.
The group are accused of breaking into a post office on the corner of North Street and Quarry Street in The Range not long later, but police believe the group did not steal anything.
Police allege they then broke into a service station at Thozet Road in Koongal at 2.25am.
The boys are accused of using crowbars to get into the service station then steal the contents of a charity box along with lollies, sunglasses and phone chargers.
Following investigations, police located and arrested four boys on Monday, February 17.
Police said the MG was located.
A 15-year-old Berserker boy has been charged with two counts of enter premises and commit and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, enter dwelling and commit and breach of bail.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to reappear in Rockhampton Childrens Court on February 25.
A 15-year-old Woorabinda boy has been charged with three counts of enter premises and commit, two counts of breach of bail and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to be mentioned in Rockhampton Childrens Court on March 11.
A 14-year-old Woorabinda boy was charged with three counts of enter premises and commit, and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He is due to reappear in Rockhampton Children’s Court on February 25.
A 15-year-old Frenchville boy has been charged with three counts of enter premises and commit by break, two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count of stealing.
He is due to appear in Rockhampton Children’s Court on March 11.
