A man has died and another has been seriously injured following a horror crash at the Capricorn Coast on Friday afternoon.
Initial investigations indicate about 12.40pm a trick and car collided on the Scenic Highway near Rosslyn St.
The driver, a man in his 30s, died at the scene after sustaining critical injuries.
Another man, who is understood to be in his 40s, was flown to Rockhampton Hospital in a serious condition with chest and abdominal injuries.
Another man and woman were taken to Yeppoon Hospital, both in stable conditions.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage to come forward.
