Nine charged as Rockhampton, Gracemere and Yeppoon hit by crime wave
Police have charged a group of adults and teens, aged 15 to 38 with 51 property offences after a four-day crime spree across Central Queensland.

Police have charged nine people with 51 offences following an alleged property crime spree across Central Queensland.
The group, comprised of teens and adults, were allegedly involved in a series of break and enters and stole seven vehicles from addresses in Rockhampton, Yeppoon and Gracemere between April 10 and 14.
A 25-year-old Berserker man is facing four counts of burglary with intent, three counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and one count each of stealing and enter premises and commit.
A 20-year-old Woorabinda man has been charged with 10 counts of burglary, three counts each of stealing and unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and one count each of evasion and driving unlicensed.
A 20-year-old Depot Hill man has been charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count each of stealing and enter premises and commit.
A 38-year-old Rockhampton City man is facing two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count each of possessing dangerous drugs, possessing utensils, and failure to appear.
While a 26-year-old Gracemere man has been charged with evasion. All five were remanded in custody and faced Rockhampton Magistrate Court today.
A 24-year-old Berserker man charged with unlawful possession of suspected stolen property and possessing dangerous drugs was remanded in custody and will reappear in court on April 30.
A 27-year-old Berserker woman has been charged with one count each of possessing dangerous drugs and possessing suspected stolen property and will appear in court on April 28.
Two teens were also charged.
A 15-year-old Gracemere boy is facing one count each of robbery, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and stealing and appeared in Rockhampton Childrens Court today.
While a 15-year-old Kawana girl charged with two counts of obstruction, and one count each of assaulting police, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and stealing was dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.
Police investigations are ongoing.
