Motorists face Yeppoon Magistrates Court for drink-driving or unlicensed driving
Seven people have faced a Yeppoon court to receive their punishments for drink-driving or unlicensed driving. Here’s who they were.

The following people pleaded guilty in Yeppoon Magistrates Court on October 6 to traffic offences.
Phillip Patrick Lyons, 54, blew a reading of .091 when he was caught drink-driving on Granville Street, Yeppoon, on September 16.
The court heard that Lyons was a father of two and with no similar offending on his traffic history, he was fined $550 and disqualified from driving for three months.
Stevie Maree Kennedy, 40, blew a reading of .103 when she was caught drink-driving on September 10.
With no similar offending on her traffic history, Kennedy was fined $500 and disqualified from driving for four months.
She was granted a restricted work licence for her job as a cleaner.
Geoffrey Jason Lucas, 45, blew a reading of .126 when he was caught drink-driving on Atlantic Drive, Yeppoon, on September 7.
With no similar offending in the past five years, Lucas was fined $650 and disqualified from driving for six months.
He was granted a restricted work licence for his job as a sheet metal worker and refrigeration mechanic.
Aaron Mattityahu Von Rurik, 28, blew a reading of .054 when he was caught drink-driving on Hill Street, Yeppoon, on August 26.
With no similar offending on his traffic history, Von Rurik was fined $400 and disqualified from driving for two months.
Dane Michael Wallace, 37, blew a reading 0f .081 when he was caught drink-driving on Svendsen Road, Zilzie, on August 5.
With no similar offending on his traffic history, Wallace was fined $500 and disqualified from driving for three months.
Gina Louise Bartrop, 33, was caught driving while SPER suspended on Toolooa Street, Gladstone, on August 18.
Bartrop also pleaded guilty to parking a vehicle on a road when it was defective.
The court heard that during a police intercept, Bartrop said she was unaware her driver’s licence was suspended and the tyres on the vehicle she was driving had “little to no tread”.
Teddy Zivadinovic, 32, was caught driving unlicensed on John Street, Yeppoon, on September 15.
The court heard that Zivadinovic, a French national who had resided in Australia for four years, had an international driver’s licence but not a Queensland one.
He was fined $400 and disqualified from driving for three months.
