A man has been killed in a horror motorbike crash on a remote rural road in the Central Highlands region on Friday night.
According to police, a motorbike was travelling on Arcadia Valley North Road in Arcadia Valley when it left the roadway and crashed about 11.30pm.
Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics assessed a man in his 40s with “life-threatening injuries”.
However, the sole rider of the motorbike, a 44-year-old Arcadia Valley man, died at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
