The following people pleaded guilty in Biloela Magistrates Court on June 8 to drug offending.
Kym Nicole Harcla, 51, pleaded guilty to possessing dangerous drugs and a drug utensil.
Police prosecutor Stacey Bain said on May 25, police executed a search warrant at a Biloela residence.
There, they found a bowl containing about 1.5g of cannabis and a homemade plastic water pipe.
Ms Bain said Harcla claimed ownership of the items and said she smoked the drug.
The court heard Harcla, a disability pensioner, had a one-page criminal history and was only recently before court for the same type of charges.
Magistrate Philippa Beckinsale fined Harcla $300 and a conviction was recorded.
Andrew John Schluter, 39, pleaded guilty to possessing dangerous drugs and drug utensils.
The court heard police executed a search warrant at a Biloela residence on March 15.
During that search, police found a ceramic bowl containing a “very small quantity” of cannabis, prosecutor Bain said.
Officers also found a water pipe, grinder and scales belonging to Schluter.
The court heard Schluter had a six-page criminal history.
He was fined $500 and convictions were recorded.
Luke Matthew Johann Smola, 37, pleaded guilty to possessing a drug utensil.
The court heard that on May 6 at Moura, at 10.50pm, police responded to a report of a disturbance in Davey Street.
While conducting investigations, police found a large plastic water pipe inside a residence and the item belonged to Smola.
Prosecutor Bain said Smola told police he had used the water pipe to smoke cannabis.
Smola was fined $200 and no conviction was recorded.
