Mr Kerr’s lawyer advised the court via phone they were still waiting on a brief of evidence.

Police prosecutor Jennifer Leech said a partial brief had been mailed to the defence lawyer on November 29 and police were waiting on one witness statement.

Police allege Mr Kerr used a restricted computer without consent of its controller Brett Steven Green on May 27, 2021, and caused a detriment, namely loss of business function.

He has not entered any pleas.

Mr Kerr’s matters have been adjourned until January 19, 2022.
