An investigation has begun after a house was engulfed in flames in the Rockhampton region overnight.
Emergency crews were called to the two-storey home on fire in Seigle St, Berserker, about 11.20pm on April 22.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said four crews were called to the home that was engulfed by flames on both levels.
She said the fire was under control about 12.30am and crews moved to fight the flames internally before they left the incident about 2.20am.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said the sole occupant was evacuated and treated for smoke inhalation.
He said police were investigating the blaze.
The fire spokeswoman said a fire investigator would also examine the house.
The police spokesman said any witnesses or anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam vision was urged to contact police.
This latest fire follows another house fire on April 15 where a man pulled his mum from the flames in Koongal and another early morning house blaze in Denison St on April 11.
