Drink drivers who faced Yeppoon Magistrates Court
A painter and an apprentice painter were among the latest drink drivers to face the Yeppoon court to get their punishments.

The following people pleaded guilty in Yeppoon Magistrates Court to drink driving offences.

Lindsay Adam Jack, 24
Jack blew a reading of .145 after he was intercepted by police on Bondoola Road on April 26.
He pleaded guilty in Yeppoon Magistrates Court on May 15 to drink driving.
With no similar offending in the past five years, Jack, an apprentice painter, was fined $500 by Magistrate Lance Rundle and disqualified from driving for three months.
He successfully applied for a restricted work licence.
No traffic conviction was recorded.
Wyatt James Pollett, 25
Pollett, on a zero alcohol limit due to licence expiration, blew a reading of .043 after police intercepted him on Yeppoon Road, Barmaryee, on March 30.
He pleaded guilty in Yeppoon Magistrates Court on May 15 to drink driving.
With no prior similar offending, Pollett, a painter, was fined $350 by Magistrate Lance Rundle and disqualified from driving for three months.
No traffic conviction was recorded.
Edward James O’Halloran, 55
O’Halloran blew a reading of .063 after police intercepted him at Zilzie on April 30.
He pleaded guilty in Yeppoon Magistrates Court on May 15 to drink driving.
With no similar offending in the past five years, O’Halloran, a disability pensioner, was fined $350 by Magistrate Lance Rundle and disqualified from driving for one month.
No traffic conviction was recorded.
Ethan James Swinbank, 25
Swinbank blew a reading of .091 after he was intercepted by police on Nine Mile Beach, Stockyard, on April 19.
He pleaded guilty in Yeppoon Magistrates Court on May 15 to drink driving.
With one similar offence in the past five years, Swinbank, a father who works at a retirement home, was fined $400 by Magistrate Lance Rundle and disqualified from driving for two months.
No traffic conviction was recorded.
Damien Keith Judd, 43
Judd blew a reading of .125 after police intercepted him on Appleton Drive, Yeppoon, on April 27.
He pleaded guilty in Yeppoon Magistrates Court on May 15 to drink driving.
With no prior similar offending, Judd, a self-employed gardener, was fined $650 by Magistrate Lance Rundle and disqualified from driving for four months.
No traffic conviction was recorded.
