Man killed after SUV rear-ends truck on Bruce Highway
The truck was heading south on the Bruce Highway when a SUV, also travelling south, collided with the rear of the truck.

UPDATE, 8.40AM: A man killed in a two-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway at Benaraby on Wednesday night has been identified as a 55-year-old Narangba man.
According to Queensland Police Service, a truck was heading south on the Bruce Highway at 11.30pm when a SUV, also travelling south, collided with the rear of the truck near the Caltex in Benaraby.
The passenger of the SUV died at the scene.
The female driver of the SUV was transported to the Gladstone Hospital in a stable condition with spinal precautions.
The Bruce Highway was blocked in both directions at Benaraby.
A QPS spokesman said both lanes of the highway had reopened to traffic after 6am.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations were continuing.
