Quinn Simpson voted Rockhampton’s Cutest Summer Baby

After receiving a number of nominations and votes the winner of the Rockhampton and Cap Coast’s Cutest Summer Baby poll can be revealed. Meet the winning bub.

She is described as content, very happy and sassy and little Quinn Simpson wooed readers as the winner of The Morning Bulletin’s search for Rockhampton’s cutest summer baby.

After putting the call out for Rocky’s Cutest Summer Baby on Facebook, we received dozens of nominations and polls closed on Monday.

Little 10-week-old Quinn was voted the winner with 18 per cent of the vote.

Quinn’s mum Sharni Simpson said her new bub was “a dream come true”.

“She’s our first girl, and I just can’t wait to watch who she becomes,” she said.

“I’ve dreamt of having a girl my whole life so she’s a dream come true.”

Baby sister to her older brothers, aged 8 and 10, Sharni said the boys were taken by their little sister.

“They are just so smitten with her,” she said.

“Her middle brother is constantly in her face, he’s just obsessed with her.”

Sharni said Quinn was “the best thing since sliced bread”.

“It’s very flattering (Quinn being voted the winner), we’re very biased but we just think she’s the best thing since sliced bread,” she said.
