Capricorn Food and Wine Festival celebrates 10 years this September

This year the Capricorn Food and Wine Festival turns 10 so we have dug into our photo archives to look back at the action over the years.

The 2022 event will be at the Victoria Parade carpark, across from The Empire Apartment Hotel, from September 22 to 25.

And what better way to celebrate than a gig by Rocky’s own - Busby Marou.

Tom Busby and Jeremy Marou will play on the main stage on the Friday night, with more music acts from artists lined up all weekend.

“Ten years is a massive milestone for us, and we can’t wait to celebrate it with everyone,” event organiser Callan Buchholz said.

“Essentially, it’s going to be one big party.”

All of the signature events will still take place over the four-day event including the Hamptons Party, the Ladies of the Vine Rose Soiree, the Long Lunch presented by Mr Real Estate, Chef’s Table and the Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service degustation.

There will also be the usual Cork and Fork Lane where patrons can soak up the ambience of the festival.
