In good news, however, they will launch a fresh concept in its place, expanding into the former convenience store tenancy next door to open Nonnas Wood Fire Pizzeria & Bar Italia.
The new venture will operate seven days a week, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, including wood-fired pizzas, family style dining and on-trend Italian fare, with a focus on local growers and producers.
There will also be a deli offering the likes of Italian sandwiches, and a New York-inspired modern bar serving classic cocktails with a twist.
Nonnas will boast seating for more than 200 diners, with the dramatic refurb to include moody lighting, booths and an impressive horse shoe-shaped bar.
The venue hopes to open late March or April.
