A two-vehicle crash involving an infant has blocked southbound lanes on the Bruce Highway in West Mackay

Two-vehicle crash blocks traffic on Nebo Road, West Mackay

Two lanes are blocked as emergency services respond to a two-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway in West Mackay.

A police spokesman said the crash happened at the intersection of Bridge Road and Nebo Road about 4pm.

The spokesman said the vehicles blocked both both southbound lanes.

Reports indicate one person was encapsulated in their vehicle but a QAS spokeswoman said everyone was now out of their cars.

The spokeswoman said three people were being assessed at the scene including an infant who appears uninjured.

She said all four were in a stable condition.
