The model of the car is currently unknown.

A QAS spokesperson said both patients were in a “serious, but stable” condition when they were taken to hospital.

This follows a three-car crash that occurred on the Peak Downs Highway on October 5.

Three female patients were assessed by emergency personnel.

A QAS spokesman said two patients had refused transport to hospital.
