Finding out furbaby Morgy had been crowned Mackay’s cutest puppy on his first birthday of all days made it extra speical for owners Georgia Sharp and Zac Fenech.
“Morgy is the most beautiful, well behaved puppy I have ever known,” Georgia said.
“Other than barking at the cats and chasing the chickens he hardly ever gets up to mischief.”
Adopting their toy poodle pup when he was 12 weeks old, Morgy was a spontaneous purchase but quickly became the best Georgia and Zac have ever made.
“He is so affectionate and loves to be around people, he hates being alone,”she said.
“He loves to be chased around the house, playing outside in the rain and his toy sheeps.”
Taking the crown as Mackay’s cutest puppy, Morgy has charmed the region with 11 per cent of the total votes.
“Morgy has the most beautiful puppy dog eyes that will melt anyone’s heart,” Georgia said.
Just eight votes behind, two year old Cavoodle Archie, owned by Callum Gibson, came in second with 8 per cent of the vote.
Coming in third place, Sarah Raines’ 1 year old Labradoodle, Oakley has received 7 per cent of the votes.
In fourth place with 6 per cent of the votes is Peach, Caitlin Harvey’s two-year-old long haired red dachshund and ranking in fifth with 4 per cent of the votes is Oakleigh: Geraldine Greggery Parkes’ three month old moodle.
