Mackay Cricket Association week 3: Senior and junior Teams of the Week

The second, third and fourth grade sides returned in the third week of the Mackay Cricket Association season to the field to complete their second round, while first grade had the week off with a number of players away on representative duties.

In the seconds, Pioneer Valley stormed to a 209-run victory over Brothers, with Jack Torrens leading the side to a gargantuan 5-361.

Souths’ Muhammad Wahab also notched an unbeaten century in third grade as his side cruised to victory over Walkerston Green.

In the junior ranks, the Norths under-13s skittled an undermanned Proserpine Juniors for just 18.
