A young man has died in a two-vehicle crash west of Mackay.
The 19-year-old Mirani man was riding a motorcycle when it collided with a truck on Marian Eton Rd about 8am Saturday.
He suffered critical injuries in the crash and it was later confirmed he had died at the scene.
The truck driver was not physically harmed in the incident.
Police, ambulance and QFES personnel attended the scene and the road was blocked to traffic for hours.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
In a separate incident, two patients were transported to Mackay Hospital in stable conditions following a single-vehicle rollover on Horse and Jockey Road at 10am.
